Our indepent life starts with our first inhale.
It is one of the first, if not THE first action we take as we enter the world.
It all starts with our first, independent breath.
So we want to re-connect with our initial breath, apart from ALL learned breathing patterns. This will take us back to our home base for ALL we do and  serve as our springboard to unfold our UNIQUE VOICE in the world.
 
In this workshop, you will:
* reset yourself to your inborn breathing
* be guided to open to an amazing inner-body-awareness, focusing on your breathing.
* be taken through a 4-step system, that will help you feel, embrace  and release any constriction that limits your breathing and presence.
* be given tools to consciously re-connect with your inborn-reflectory- breathing-pattern whenever you need to fully presence yourself.
 
After this workshop you will:
* feel more centered in your body and in your being.
* be able to eliminate „fight or flight“ responses and return to a state of equilibrium of your entire system, whenever you feel anxiety, nervousness or stress.
* be more in tune with your emotions and nurture your system not only with sufficient oxygen, but also with nourishing self-care.
* have the tools to recreate this experience anytime J 
 
As you continue to apply this practice, your breathing will naturally and permanently return to it´s original depth and effortlessness.
